MME Stella Rose Hattie and the sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps Friendship Notables 2 and the Whimsy Stamp Notables 2 Die to cut it out. The yellow brads are from the 

Basic Grey Nook & Panty Collection. A Wilton Paper Doily and the lightest yellow from the

 Prima Mini Roses (Yellow).
