For my take on our challenge, I made a birthday tag and I colored Rose Packages

Tilda Hiding Rose Bouquet

Happy Monday everyone!
You have probably noticed that I have been making CAS cards lately....or well I try to. I love cards that are full of embellishments and flowers and all the pretty things you can put in a card and they are really fun to make.  But CAS cards are just as pretty and fun to make.  Sometimes it take me longer to make a CAS card than a fully embellished card.

Anywhoo...on to my card. I inked up  Tilda Hiding Rose Bouquet from the Lost and Found Collection using Copics. Patterned paper from MME Lost and Found 3 Ruby Paper. And I used some MFT Die-namics for the card base and the image panel.  The Mom die cut if from Simon Says Stamp. The button is from my stash. The card is 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 (A2). I find it so much easier to mail cards in this size.

REMINDER!!!
Stamp and Create is having a Spring Break Sale!

We are closed for Spring Break.
Orders placed will ship out on Monday, March 31st

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy the rest of the week!
See you again soon!

SCMC: Birthday

We have a new challenge at Stamp and Create with Magnolia!

Our theme is: Birthday

I went for a simple card using Write a Message Tilda from the Lost and Found Collection. Colored with Distress Ink Reinkers, I used the colors that matched the Magnolia Designer patterned paper. This is an A2 (4.25 x 5.5) sized card and I think I'm gonna make more cards in this size.

Here's a closer look at Tilda

The sentiment is from LOTV. For the heart, I die cut 5 small hearts, glues them together and added some glitter with a clear Wink of Stella, then finished it off with Glossy Accents.

The inside of the card is kept simple.

Now it's your turn to make a card with a Birthday theme and link up to the
Stamp and Create with Magnolia Challenge Blog for a chance to win

Thanks for stopping by and hope to see you again soon!

Stamp and Create: Write a Message Tilda

Happy Monday everybody!
I hope y'all are ready to face the week head.  It has been chilly and cold here in Chicago over the past few days but we are hoping to warm up by the end of the week. This polar vertex is really making it's mark here.  Brrrrr.....

I have a tag today for the Stamp and Create blog. I used Write a Message Tilda
from the Lost and Found Collection.  And guess what...I used Copics to color Tilda! It has been a while since I used Copics for Tilda and I felt so rusty and disoriented.  I attempted to dip a Copic marker in a cup of water after laying some color. Ha! Good thing the cup was empty!

Here's a closer look at Tilda.

The beautiful flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts

*~*~*~*~*~*~*

I am hoping to color more Tilda's using Copics again.  This was one of my New Years resolution and I hope I can really get comfortable with Copics as I am with Distress Ink Reinkers.

Anywhoo...thanks for stopping by. I really do appreciate every time to pop over, and especially when you let me know you were here.

Have a wonderful day and see you again soon!
