Lots of New Stamps

Hi everybody!
I miss you all! It's been a very busy last few weeks for me. And I actually started the year, swamped with paper work and other projects that I will soon share with you.
Anywhooo...I'm looking forward to another year of creating and crafting.

To start off, we have a new DT at Stamp and Create.
Please welcome Tina!

At the same time, Lacey has lots of New Stamps coming this week and in the coming weeks so visit the Stamp and Create Blog and also the store for more information.

Today, I'd like to share a door hanger I made for a friend's daughter.  I think I shared this over at FB but I have not shared it here.

I used Tilda with Ballet Shoes from the Prince & Princess Collection. I colored the image with Copics. The DP is from Magnolia and the flowers are from WOC.

For more inspiration for the week,
visit the Stamp and Create Blog to see what my team mates made for you.

Thanks for stopping by!
See you again soon

Stamp and Create carries a wide range of Magnolia stamps at some of the lowest prices!

I kept my card CAS because I didn't want to cover up the lovely DP I used. Here I used
One of my faves from the Princes and Princesses Collection. She is colored using Copic Sketch Markers and the sentiment is from CC Designs.

Stamp and Create with Magnolia: Tilda's Family

Hello my lovelies! It's Friday again and we have a new challenge at

The theme for our new challenge is
(it can be Easter, New baby, Wedding...)

For my DT card, I chose Tilda's Family. A friend of ours is about  to give birth anytime soon and this card is for them. I made this a flat card with a pull-out tag for my sentiment.

*~*~*~*~*

When I colored this image, I didn't know if they were having a boy or a girl so I colored the baby's clothes yellow. I'm hoping that's a neutral color for babies.

Flower are from Wild Orchid Crafts.

Tilda's Family 2

This is my 2nd Tilda's Family card. The first one I made can be found HERE. I used the same images but masked it on the opposite side. I colored this image over a month ago and I almost forget about it.  Good thing I had some new papers that matched the image.

This card is on it's way to California...to a good friend of mine
who just gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

In the inside of the card is a tag and at the back of the tag is where I wrote my message.

One more look...

Thanks for dropping by!

Hugs,
Mae

Ballet Princess

A beautiful Tuesday to you all.  It is such a wonderful day here in Chicago.  Today, my stitches come out and I'm excited about it because it means I'm done with the first step of the 1st phase. Still a long way to go but I'm inching my way there :)

Have you had a a song stuck in your head and you just can't stop singing it? How about a scene or a picture? After I can across  the Colour Create Challenge Blog, I just can get the inspiration photo out of my head.  This is my 2nd entry. The color combo is
DEEP PURPLE, BRIGHT GREEN & CREAM

Dream

It's the first day of April! 15 years ago today, I married my bestfriend on his birthday! It's a double celebration for us BUT because of my post-surgery dietary restrictions, our anniversary/hubby's birthday dinner will have to wait until (maybe) next week!

~*~*~*~*~
Today, I'm sharing with you a card I made using Princess of the Valley from the Princes & Princesses collection. I color Tilda with Distress Ink Re-inkers on Arches HP 140lbs paper.
The flowers used are all from Wild Orchid Crafts EXCEPT for the Lilies of the Valley -- I made them myself!  :)  And if you scroll down, you can watch on video how I made the flowers.
