Filofax Pages Dec 21-31

Hello Filofax and planner friends.
This is going to be my last decorated pages post for the year.  Instead of just decorating 2 pages, I added the last page of the year so this is from Dec 21-31.  I will be archiving my first 6 months (July-December) and start fresh for the new. My first post for the new year will also be similar to this (3 pages) because my 2015 insert starts on the right page.

On my previous posts, I mentioned that I will be still be using my Personal  Finsbury Raspberry Filofax but I still have the Purple Malden.  If I don't find a new home for the Purple Malden,
I might use it.

So my pages this week is similar to my pages 2 weeks ago.  I decided to use the Christmas stickers so I can cut the unused stickers.  The sticker sheet is quiet big and hard to store so using them up was easier in terms of storing them.

Here is the last page for December

I will be using the Pilot Juice 0.38mm in Grey.  There is some silver stripes on the washi tape I used and I wanted to use that color for writing instead of red.

Next week, I will be sharing with you a flip thru of my July to December pages and the set up I have for next year.

Thank you for stopping by and I wish you all a
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

Filofax Planner Pages Dec 14 - 20

Hello friends!
It's a Filofax post for today. I can't believe I'm almost 6 month on my Filofax organizer and so far I've been so happy using it. And I'm looking forward to continually use it in the years to come. There is only 1 more week for my weekly decorations for month of December and for the year so I'll be sharing a flip thru video of my first 6 months with my Filofax by the last weekend of the year.

For my pages this week, I used a Snowman theme.
(supplies and products used are listed and linked below)

Quick question:
What are you plans (planner-wise) for 2015? Are you going to use your current planner? Are you changing your set up? or inserts? I know most of you have more than 2 Filofax planners/organizers and you change them often depending on your mood, the season or what not... but for me, I am keeping my current planner (Personal Finsbury in Raspberry) and inserts. I do have another Filofax, a personal size Purple Malden.  And I got this together with my Finsbury but I have not used it at all.  Now, I'm thinking of letting go of it.

Don't get me wrong. I love this Purple Malden.  It's so soft and beautiful. But I'm thinking of getting an A5 sized Filofax. So I'm saying goodbye to this one.
This is BRAND NEW!!!
It includes the 2015 inserts and even the protective plastic covering. I just took out the plactic cover to take photos. This has been store in a box since I got it.  Here are some photos.

If any of you are interested, please let me know by emailing me at:

Tim Holtz 12 Tags of 2014: December

Hello Friends and Crafters!
I have a Christmas Tag to share with you today. I used a lot of Tim Holtz's products in this tag and I had so much fun making it. The supplies and products I used to make this tag are linked below.

I started with a #8 Kraft Tag and a piece of tissue paper from the Melange Tissue Wrap Paper and I used the part where there were musical notes or a music sheet on it.  I crumpled the tissue before adhering it to the tag.  I wanted to have that texture from the wrinkled tissue. Then I trimmed the edges and inked the whole tag with Chipped Sapphire and the edges with Walnut Stain.  I then used the Bubble Stencil and some white embossing paste and applied it to the top half of the tag.

Here you can see the Tim Holtz dies I used (listed and linked below). For the poinsettia, the smaller/inner petals are from the Mini Movers and Shapers while the bigger ones are the smallest from the Tattered Poinsettia die. I used white hand made paper for the poinsettia then I used a dauber to apply the ink (Fired Brick and Peeled Paint) Then I spritz some water so the ink can absorb then I squeezed it out, open up the petals and let it dry. Then I added some elements from the  Festive Greenery die cuts to add to the poinsettia.

I used a piece of grunge board for the reindeer and stained it with Walnut Stain. The holly on the reindeer's neck are left overs from a previous project.  The bell, lace, burlap and hemp are from my stash.  To give shimmer to the reindeer I used Wink of Stella Glitter brush pen and some
Glossy Accents to the red berries.

Finally, I used the Christmas Word Bands the sentiment.
