CCD October Release Preview

It's Preview Day 1 for the CC Designs October Release stamps.
Did I just say October? Where did summer go? Ha! Time flies...really fast.

Today we are previewing Christine's Stamps. Here, I have Rodney's Ride
and the sentiment is from Snarky Christmas.

Next I have the Holiday Penguins. I love these little images because they are so easy to color.  And if you're planning to make your own tags for your Christmas gift, these little Penguins are perfect! For the tags, I used The Baggie and Tag Cutter Dies.

The October Stamps will be released on October 2, 2014 at 9:00pm EST.  Pop over to the
CCDesigns Blog for more preview from my talented team mates.

Filofax Pages Sept 21-27

Fall/Autumn officially begins this week ... Tuesday, Sept 23, 2014. It's starting to get a little bit cooler and some trees are changing colors. It's my favorite time of the year!
So this week, in celebration of the first day of Fall, my weekly Filofax pages will have an
Autumn Theme.
The colors of the washi tapes I chose are olive green, brown, golden yellow and orange.
For the ink, I used VersaMagic Wheat and Pumpkin Spice.
The pen I'll be using is Pilot Hi Tec C 0.4mm in Olive.

All other supplies are linked below.

For my health pages:  The dots washi tape is from the Dollar store and the blue patterned tape is by Scotch. I will be using 3 colors from my 5 barrel Uni Ball Style Fit Meister pen for each meal.

It's gonna be busier (than the usual busy) for me this week so I'm hoping to plan this out accordingly. Wish me luck!
Have a wonderful week everyone!
Thanks for stopping by!

For my 2nd card, I used the Puffy Cloud Die and the Theo Butterfly Die.  The clouds and the butterfly are both colored using Distress Ink pads and a blending tool. The sentiments is from MFT Stamps.

Ok. Now, your next stop is Kay Miller.

Filofax Planner Pages Sept 14-20

Hello everybody.
It's time for my Filofax planner pages for this week. I decorated my pages last night (Saturday night) but I forgot to take a photo before writing on the pages.  So here, you can see some writings on Sunday and some appointments.

This week on my weekly pages, it's lavender or pale purple and mint for my colors. I'm still using the planner inserts from Piaric and the stamps are from StudioL2e
The pen I'll be using is Pilot Hi-Tec C 0.3mm in Grape.
As for the washi tapes that I used, I got them from ebay, etsy, Staples, Michaels and/or Walmart. I haven't been keep track of where I got them. (Oops!)
The rest of the supplies I used are linked below.

For my health pages, I decided to decorate it differently.
The patterned washi tape is from Scotch and the solid washi tapes are from Michaels.

Thanks for stopping by today and
I'll be back on Sunday for another Filofax Planner Page Decoration.

Have a wonderful week ahead!

September Release Review

Today I have a simple card as a review for the September Release.
This release is perfect for Autumn and back to school cards.
Here, I used the School Supplies Dies and the School Logos stamp (older release)
to make this simple card.
I die cut the pencil first before coloring it in.

Magnolia Ink Rewind

Hello and Happy Monday!
Today's post is Magnolia Ink Rewind. I'd like to share with you one of the very first cards I made for the Magnolia Ink Magazine as a member of the Design Team. This was in the 2012 fall issue, Turning Leaves. This is Tilda with Peanut from the Turning Leaves Collection. And I colored the image with Distress Ink Reinkers. This is a shaker card and I used tiny die cut leaves in autumn colored card stock. The flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts and the brads are from Bazzil.

Anyway, we have a lot of new goodies at Stamp and Create!
New Saturated Canary Stamp are now available.  Some Christmas Paper and some restocks of Magnolia Holiday Stamps.  So stop by Stamp and Create today.

Have a wonderful Monday!
