Our twine is made from 100% cotton (and some of our twine is twisted with gorgeous metallic string!) and made in the USA. Whether you're gift wrapping, crafting or tying up baked goods to give to a friend, our baker's twine adds a fresh, yet nostalgic look to any project at hand! Our baker's twine comes in an assorted array of delicious colors and is uniquely twisted against a bright white hue, creating an eye-popping burst of color and a creative embellishment! Our twine has lots of color which lends to a fun, candy-striped look.

CardMaker and Inchie Arts Blog Hop

Welcome to the CardMaker Magazine and Inchie Arts Blog hop!
If you came from Jeanne's Blog, then you are in the right place.  But if you just happened to pop right here, you can start the blog hop HERE.

http://inchiearts.com
Your source for the highest quality, artist grade materials for creating small format art. From inchies to twinchies and ATC's, our precision cut ART SQUARES© provide the perfect foundation for creating all forms of wet and dry color application.

For my card, I used the 1 inch squares to stamp and color my image and I adhered the squares to a
4 inch square.  Then I trimmed one side of the square to give a 1/8 inch border on the sides and the top of the panel.  I left the bottom part with a bigger border to make room for the metal charm/sentiment. I colored the butterfly using colored pencils and applied crackle paint to give a bit of texture.

You next stop is the talented Sharon Harnist.

Don't forget to leave a comment in every blog you hop to for a chance to win a prize from

I have 2 cards to share with you today. For my first card, I used some papers from the
Truly Scrumptious Collection and name really speaks for itself.  This collection has lovely designs in sweet shades of pinks, yellows and light green.  The paper I used to make  the flowers and the leaves and the background for this picture are also from this collection.
The image is Tilda with a Big Big Rose from the Pink Lemonade Collection by Magnolia and I colored her using Distress Ink Reinkers.

Here are a few different views of the card.

For my second card, I used the papers from the Everyday Life Collection.  I kept this card simple. The edges are stained using Distress Ink and a blending tool.  The sentiment is from Tim Holtz Stampers Anonymous. The background for this photo is from the Island Sun Collection.

MIA and some news

Hello Friends!
It's been awhile...and I'm sorry for being MIA these last few weeks. Summer always means "busy with the kiddo/s" and crafting is sometimes set aside to spend time with family.

Also a couple weeks ago, I broke my right index finger so no matter if I had time to craft, I could hold a marker or a paintbrush or do any crafting. Even clicking the computer mouse was so painful. But at the end of a storm, there's always a rainbow. My finger feels better now and I can hold a pen. So I'll be back in my craft room really soon.

In the mean time, I have some good news to share.  The editor of CardMaker Magazine asked me to be part of the CardMaker Blog Team for a few months. And of course, I was glad to jump in and join.
The 6 of us will be starting our term this July 2014. My 5 other teammates are:

Be sure to follow the CardMark Blog so you won't miss a single post.

See you again really soon!
Enjoy the summer!
