Filofax Planner Pages Nov 23-29

Hello Filofax and Planner Friends.

My planner pages for this week is Thanksgiving themed. I'm still loving the fall, earth tone colors to use for my pages.  It is still Autumn although the winter weather has been sneaking in.
I just love these cute Pilgrim and Indian kids stickers.  I got them from Hobby Lobby and they are 50% off this week!

It was gloomy and raining all day so I didn't have very good lighting for my photos but I did my best.  The washi tapes are from ebay.

For this week, I will be using Pilot Juice 0.38mm pen in Coffee Brown.

And this is how my last week's pages looks like not that it's completed. The pen I used was a little bit too light but I still loved it.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you again next week for another planner pages post!
Have a wonderful week!

SCMC: Christmas Eve Tilda

It's Friday!
I know everyone is looking forward to the weekend. It's been a crazy week weather wise.
Winter seems to come creeping in too early.

Today, we start another Challenge at Stamp and Create with Magnolia

As I was going thru my colored-images-but-didn't-make-it-into-a card-yet box, I found this
Christmas Eve Tilda from the Winter Wonderland Collection from last year.
She is colored using Distress Ink Reinkers.  I also found a whole sheet of patterned paper that matched the colors I used on the image.

Now it's your turn.  Make a card with  a gift or use Magnolia images for make a package/gift.  It can be  Fall gift or Winter Gifts.  Link up your creations for a chance to win!

Tilda with Apple Wreath

CardMaker and The Twinery Blog Hop

*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Hello and Happy Monday!
I don't know about you guys, but in my neck of the woods, it's already winter. Seemed like fall lasted only for a few weeks. We are in the low 20's here (with a wind chill of 2 below 0)
Ain't that somethin'!

Anywho...my inspiration card for this week is also my Magnolia Design Team Christmas Blog Hop card.  So you can click on the link and join the hop for a chance to win prizes from
Magnolia Sweden.

In the mean time, here's my card.  I used Tilda with Apple Wreath and I colored her using Distress Ink Reinkers.  And I have to admit.  Red is not my favorite color to color.  I find it hard to blend or get the right shade and the ribbon on Tilda's wreath and the apples took my forever to color. I also used the Wooden Sign DooHickey and some Doohickeys from the DooHickey Club #2.

Here's Tilda Up close. I added some Glossy accents to the apples to give it some dimension.

The pull out tag has the Christmas sentiment.

Our baker's twine comes in an assorted array of delicious colors and is uniquely twisted against a bright white hue, creating an eye-popping burst of color and a creative embellishment! Our twine has lots of color which lends to a fun, candy-striped look.

I have 3 cards to share with you today. The theme of this blog hop is Thanks/Thanksgiving.  I used The Twinery twine's fall colors and each color pops out compliments each other.

Filofax Planner Pages Nov 16-22

Hello Filofax and Planner friends!
Time for my Filofax planner pages. And as you can see, I have a safari or animal theme for this week.  Last week, Adam Levine's song, Animals, had been playing on the radio every time  I do my school runs! And yesterday, during our fellowship lunch at church, I sat near a bulletin board with a
Noah's Ark theme. So I thought, OK, let's do an animal theme for this week.

The Washi tapes are from various seller from ebay except for the orange one which I got from Michaels.  The stickers are by Sticko and I got them from Hobby Lobby.
(Hobby Lobby is having a 40% sale on all Sticko Stickers for this week!!!)

A few ladies on FB asked me to show my completed pages and the pens I use for my pages.  So by the end of the week, I will post a photo on Philofaxy Washi Tape Appreciation Group and/or on Instagram  of my completed page.

I will be using a Pilot Juice 0.38mm pen in Gray for this week. To me, it really doesn't look gray and it has a brownish tone to it. It writes really smooth and doesn't bleed through my Piaric inserts.

Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you again next week for another Filofax Planner pages post!
Have a great week!
